Trust & safety
Verification that employers can rely on
Background trust is not a badge stuck on a poster — it is a checklist stored privately, reviewed by franchisees, and audited by admin.
Document checklist
Required documents must be uploaded before an employee profile can be submitted for review. The worker-app documents screen ticks each item as Verified.
| Document | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Aadhaar Card | Required | Front + back. Hashed so the same ID cannot register twice. |
| PAN Card | Recommended | Especially for skilled roles and payouts. |
| Bank Details | Required | Passbook / cancelled cheque. Account number encrypted. |
| Experience Certificate | Optional | Shown on the worker profile when available. |
| Profile Photo | Required | Clear face photo for worker cards and bookings. |
| Police Verification | Required | With expiry date where the city requires it. |
Verification checks
Franchisees complete a structured checklist before marking a worker verified.

Privacy by design
- Sensitive fields (Aadhaar, PAN, bank account) are encrypted at rest.
- Lists show masked values like XXXX-XXXX-1234.
- Documents live on a private disk — never public URLs.
- Access only via authorised download or temporary signed links.
Duplicate protection
The same Aadhaar hash or phone cannot register twice. Admins can see which city already holds the record — so workers aren’t double-booked across markets.
